What are the guarantees for TVs and technology?
Most of our TVs are guaranteed for 5 years where specified and printers, computers and cameras are guaranteed for 2 years where specified. All other items are covered by standard manufacturer warranty.
What are the guarantees for watches?
All our watches are brand new and they come with full manufacturer warranty. If you have any doubts you can come and pick up the watch yourself for your peace of mind.
My screen goes blank when i click place order button?
This normally happens when HSBC payment processing servers are busy. Please press the back button and give your card details again and it will work. If you still experience the same problem then please let us know and we will look into it.
Do i have to register to order from your website?
Not at all, you don't need to register to order. Our latest technology enables you to track your order even without registering with us which you can not do on any other retail website.
What methods of payment can I use?
PluckPoint accepts most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Delta. All payments are done through our secure servers using verified by Visa and Mastercard secure code which is very secure and safe way of making payments.
Can i have shipping address different then my billing address
Yes shipping address can be different than the billing address. In delivery address page check the checkbox under the heading shipping address to enter the different shipping details.
What is a most common mistake that customer make when ordering from your website?
Please make sure your enter your card's registered address as shown in your card statement when entering the billing details during checkout and shipping details on the shipping details area if they are different. Also please make sure you chose the right card type when entering your card details.
Can I collect item from your company’s address?
Yes, you can collect ordered item from our company’s address within the company’s opening timing and you need to first call us to make arrangments for the collection.
I can not find free shipping option?
If you want to get it delivered then you have to pay shiphing charges. Zero shipping charges are only applicable to store pickups.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
No, all of our products are sold and delivered in the UK.
Can I order by phone?
If you would prefer to place your order by telephone please call customer services on 0345-193-0696 . Our opening hours are Monday to Friday - 9.30 am - 5.30 pm. If we are busy, kindly leave a message and one of our agents would contact you.
I am not able to add the product into my cart, what is the reason?
Please make sure that the product is in stock, if it is in stock then make sure that cookies are enabled on your computer as our website don't work if you disable cookies.
I am not able to place an order from and getting message that my card is not registered for verified by visa authentication?
We are using highest level of security to protect our valued customer and only accept cards which are registered for verified by visa or mastercard securecode authentication. If you are not registered then please contact your bank for registration or use a different card that is registered for authentication.
Can i have my product delivered to an address other than my registered billing address and is there any extra cost involved?
Yes you can chose a different shipping address during the checkout process at no extra cost. Please check the checkbox underneath shipping details and enter your delivery address there if it is different than your card's registered address.
What are your delivery charges?
Standard 3-5 working days delivery charges are £5.99 per item. A standard delivery cost per order for any number of items up to 25kg is same. For heavier and larger products this cost will increase. Two working days delivery costs £7 extra per order Next working day delivery costs £10 extra per order.
What is the delivery time?
Standard delivery option takes 3-5 working days and 90% of our orders are delivered within 48 hours. Two day Delivery takes two working days to deliver and costs £7 more. Next working day delivery option is available for all orders placed by 1200 hrs Monday to Friday at an additional cost of £10. Order placed on Friday before 1200 hrs will be delivered on Next working day as we don't deliver on Saturday and Sunday. For order placed after 1200 hrs we will still try to deliver it next working day but it may take an extra working day.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order through email or by calling our customer service number. Email: Telephone: 0345-193-0696 within 7 working days of placing your order. Please see full term and conditions for order cancellation in our terms and condition page.
How can I check status of my order?
Please visit order status page at https://www.pluckpoint.com/orders/trackorder type in your order reference number in the text box given and click display order to get the order status.
I did not receive order confirmation email?
This happens because you might have not entered your email address correctly. We also recomend our customers to add to there address book. You can confirm your order by checking the status of your order as decscribed in previous quesiton or by calling our customer service number 0345-193-0696 .
I can not find any delivery option when i am trying to order?
Some of the bulky products (over 60 Kg) like washing machines, American fridge freezer are for store pickup only as we cannot send these heavy products through courier. For these products you will only see the option of free store pickup.
How do you use the details provided to you?
Any information you provide us with is used only to fulfil your order and for PluckPoint sole marketing purposes. Your phone number may be given to the delivery agent to help expedite your delivery. However, we will never pass on any of your details to another organisation that does not directly deal with your purchase from us or sell them on. We ensure not to pass on information to any third party and thereby adhere to the Date Protection Act principles.
Is the website secure to put my credit and debit card details on?
We understand the importance of security when entering your card details on the internet.
