  • You have statuary right to return product in 14 days with original packaging in addition to that;
  • We are happy to accept returns within 28 days of receipt delivery if it is unopened and unused.
  • We will issue full refund once we receive the item back in our warehouse after deducting the postage.
  • Return will be credited to the charge card that you used at the time of your purchase.
  • We regret to do refunds on items which are being used and are not in resale able condition and/or damaged during the return.

  • Contact us in writing via post or email prior to return. You will be provided with unique Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions to return.
  • Please allow 7-10 working days from our receipt of your goods, for your return to be processed.
  • We will notify you via email once the refund is processed.

  • If you have changed your mind and want to cancel product that has not been shipped yet then please contact us via email.
  • You will be given a full refund and you will not be charged.
  • Please allow 3-7 working days for the monies to be transferred to your account.

  • If a product you purchase from Pluck Point goes wrong due to manufacturer fault and you contact the Pluck Point either by email or by calling our customer service number within 12 months of purchase Pluck Point aims to have the product repaired free of charge and at the minimum of inconvenience to you.
  • Faulty products must be accompanied by proof of purchase and all original components, manuals and packaging (where possible).
